Ukrainian Network Activated:
To gain functionality in roaming outside of Ukraine, SIM card must be registered first in Ukrainian home mobile network, which requires damaging of the original manufacturer's packaging.
These are prepaid and anonymous SIM cards: no ID required.

BiP messenger:
Lifecell has an own messenger called BiP that can be downloaded from the Google Play or Apple app store.
BiP allows free incoming calls from any numbers to lifecell number via messenger, and calls to Ukrainian numbers at local rates, including in roaming.
Validity:
Each SIM card is activated at the time of shipping and will remain active for 365 days.
Validity period renews to 365 days from the current date every time a top-up for 10+ UAH is made.
Tariff Plans / Subscriptions:
Random new subscription, includes certain amounts of services (minutes, SMS, data, etc.) for the period of 28 days / from 150 UAH. First 28 days included.

Monthly fee (from 100 UAH per 28 days) is charged only when a top-up is made. For purposes other than receiving text messages (SMS) in roaming, an account has to be topped up.
Switch to pay-as-you-go plan available (no monthly fee).
To avoid monthly fee charge for the current subscription, switch to another must be done before the first top-up.

We provide credit refill on demand via PayPal: 20 to 200 USD per number per month, 35% commission.
In 90% of cases you can top up your SIM with a foreign bank card (must support MasterCard SecureCode or Visa 3-D Secure) via range of services on the Internet, but there is a chance when it is either too expensive or at all impossible. Whether it depends on the country or the bank-issuer, it's hard to tell, but you should consider this possibility before purchasing.
